PRODUCT PRICING ERRORS

In the event if any of our products are incorrectly priced, we have the rights to hold the order and contact you on the pricing issue. We will not be held liable to honour the incorrect pricing on our listing.

PLACING AN ORDER

We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. In the event we decline your order or if we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you and advise on the necessary next steps if any.

Upon order completion on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement email that we have received your order, which will be sent to your registered email address with us

Official acceptance of your order will come in a form of a confirmation email of successful payment processing. Only at this point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order. Please tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order.

Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these T&Cs.

​SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery of our products is provided by an external third-party company and we will not be liable for any negligence or misconduct of the delivery personnel. We will not bear any responsibilities with regards to any delivery delays that are beyond our capacity in control, including but not limited to courier delay. However, we will still address your enquiries to our best ability by liaising between the respective third party vendors and our customer.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all order details & information required for a complete order fulfilment are provided accurately and correctly at the checkout pages. SILK MADAME will not be responsible for any wrong address delivery or failed delivery arising from an incorrect input of order delivery information. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that all original clothing tags are attached. Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
All postage fees, customs duties and relevant taxes for returns are to be borne and paid by the customer.

We take extra care to pack and deliver your orders so that the products arrive at the destination safely. The packaging of the delivery is meant to withstand the delivery process. In the event of damaged or incorrect/missing items, kindly notify us via email together with your order number and a photo of the item. Upon acknowledgement of your notification, we will arrange for a replacement to be posted out immediately, with the same receiving lead-time based on the preferred mode of shipping selected in your order. 

In case of an accidental placement of duplicated order, we will cancel the duplicated order and return the amount as an store credit. This is to prevent deduction of credit charges and processing from the bank.

SILK MADAME shall not be liable for the impossibility to deliver orders due to the exhaustion of stock or reasons beyond its control, including situations of force majeure, such as disruption or strike of transport, postal or communication services, in case of floods or fire, discomfort or damages inherent in the use of the network.

 As we only supply the products for personal and private use, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity if you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes.
